    I think skew is probably an issue here same as with the Intelsat 19 being way different to OPTUS
    Richard, is your 1.8 is prime focus? with prime focus feed or offset? I would expect far bigger signals.. I can't easily tweak mine being on a Moteck motor.

    Yes, it's a prime focus with an appropriate Invacom prime LNB and feedhorn.

    Will get the big ladder out tomorrow and give it a tweak.

    Have adjusted skew, which is very close to the setting required for IS19. Heavy overcast and very light drizzle.

    12281 H 29998 SIG -39.4 dBm SNR 11.9 dB DVB-S2 8PSK FEC_2_3 INV_OFF PIL_ON ROL_20
    12317 H 29998 SIG -39.4 dBm SNR 14.8 dB DVB-S2 8PSK FEC_2_3 INV_OFF PIL_ON ROL_20

    12281 V 29998 SIG -39.8 dBm SNR 14.5 dB DVB-S2 8PSK FEC_2_3 INV_OFF PIL_ON ROL_20
    12354 V 29999 SIG -38.8 dBm SNR 14.0 dB DVB-S2 8PSK FEC_2_3 INV_OFF PIL_ON ROL_20

    So only 12281 currently on both polarities.

    Can only find the 12527 on V and appears to be data.

    12527 V 1148 SIG -30.8 dBm SNR 13.9 dB DVB-S2 32APSK FEC_3_4 INV_OFF PIL_ON ROL_20

    I too tested Skew.

    12318 is on one polarity and 12353, 12281 and the data? 12528 are on the other.

    BUT! the skew is not the same for all the 30000SR TP's.

    I set one TP skew so the incorrect V or H TP drops out and the other one is then both V and H.
    I set that one and the other one is then both V and H.
    12381 and 12353 are the two that do this.

    12528 scans as two multistream TP's.

    I didn't consider more than one correct polarisation and did my skew line up on 12317.

    Looking at:

    There are four spot beams on NZ, so perhaps they are using more than one, although I'd have thought it unusual for them to have differing skews.

    looks like there's only 12310h on programme with 12524h 31000 as data signal
