    Default New Terrestrial Channel

Channel 200: Kordia TV. Red carpet scenes playing.

An on-screen message states: 'rent this channel kordia.co.nz/popupchannel'.

May be setting up a back up channel for the rugby for when Spark's net falls apart under the load of the RWC.

Would need to be upgraded to HD for that to happen.

Kordia Tv channel is now showing some of their own stuff.
The great drone footage shots of the TV towers from Northland to Southland is quite nostalgic.
I have been to many of the sites and the shot of the vehicle driving up to Mt Mary in the MacKenzie brings back memories of working on that site.
One days work there was a call out for low battery levels at Mt Mary. As me a Phil aproched the tower we passed a ministry of works truck comming down.
I said, I bet they have been testing the back up generator. While Phil opened up I felt the exhaust and yes it was hot.
That was our full days work, a drive in the sun up a mountian in winter.

    Great stuff Kordia, Thanks.

see kordia showing some of their defunct as in tv sites no doubt still used for fm radio and teamtalk but cant think how useful some of the sites may be in future
sites like mt rochford westport, obelisk alexandra, hedgehope in southland could light up most of southland if freeview ever went in there
