    Hi

    Freesat have a new finder on the market.

    This unit links to your smart phone via Bluetooth.
    This is the first time I have seen this concept.

    Would be great if they also had an Apple iOS app to go along with the satellite finder.

    The problem with something like this...you are up on your roof fiddling around with your $700 smart phone. Then drop it, goodbye smart phone!

    This is the better and first one to do it. It have a stream reader for those who want to examine the stream.

    Looking around I found this one.
    Item called
    gsky hellobox b1 Satellite Finder Hellobox B1-Bluetooth digital finder vs satlink ws6933 hd 1080p finder freesat v8 finder
    Looks like the same software.
    It has "Gsky" "Freesat" and "Satlink" in the name.

    These may be useful for wireless LNB setups. Direct from the dish to your laptop or phone for viewing.
    Must also lead to live streaming to the net.
    Yes there are boxes out there that feed to the net, but modern phones are set up for just this type of thing.

    PS;
    Has anyone seen a satellite box that re transmits on DVB-T, like the old boxes resent by RF to your old analogue PAL TV.
    A box that did that for the whole TP, 8 channels at a time, would be great!

    the problem of the hellobox satfinder is not applicable to IOS phone i chat the supplier from shenzhen china but no reply in fact i was looking some android phone to capable to connect the finder coz i tried many brand of celphone only the huawei phone capable as i observe
