Is anyone running a HTPC with the above? Is the MHEG-5 guides working properly here? Cheers for any information.

Is there a Linux solution for MHEG-5 program guides?

I was originally just going to wait it out for PlayTV, but I may well look at building a nice little Vista or Windows 7 Ion (nVidia's Intel Atom solution) HTPC box (dual core Atom, not the single core one) when they become available. At around 30w during full operation, sight lower than the 150w my PS3 can use.

The freeview MHEG-5 EPG has been working under MythTV since the launch of freeview nearly 2 years ago. Plus there is also the RedButton MHEG-5 stack for Linux.

Yeah, I noticed the nVidia H.264 and VC1 update for Linux, why I asked. Good to hear, thanks for the info.
