has any one else noticed that there is no AC3 audio on tv one,? they are however sending AC3 2.0 with no data

What type of STB are you using?

TV One stopped their AC3 audio stream a couple of days ago, so you might need to do a rescan.

dvbviewer htpc and an extra terrestrial stb, what i am interested in is why are they transmiting AC3 2.0 with no data.

They aren't transmitting any AC3. You need to do a re-scan as the aPID that carried the AC3 audio is no longer part of the TV One settings.
