After noticing the possible firmware update I did a rescan of Sky's Service and NIT tables. Now in the past they were only mapping SIDs 1922 and 1923 off the transponder below so that they could show Stratos and Parliament. It now appears that they are testing TV3 as well (1920).
Transport_stream_ID: 21 (0x0015)
Original_network_ID: 47 (0x002f) [= TVNZ Digital | TVNZ]
reserved_1: 15 (0x0f)

A quick check of the Bouquet table shows the channel would load as "Test 3"

PrivateDataSpecifier: 2 (0x00000002) [= BskyB 1]
DVB-DescriptorTag: 178 (0xb2) [= User defined]
Descriptor_length: 5 (0x05)
Descriptor-data:
0000: 20 01 11 3f 2a ..?*
Now this hasn't been loaded into any of the public Bouquets yet, it appears to only be in a Sky staff only one.
So does anyone have contacts at TV Works or Sky who can confirm this?
