Is sky playing with their current channels at the moment?

I have a customer with a My Sky, a Pace and a Motorola Box - all off the same dish and through a 1 to 4 splitter. All the channels are fine on all boxes except for channels 19, 20, 28 and 42 these are locking up with mpeg pixilation on all three boxes. (Has been intermittent over the last 2 weeks - Has happened on the previous two Sundays then fine when I arrive)

Yesterday
Each box when directly connected works fine.
Signal at dish is to strong for my little sat finder to indicate a peak.
Signal at input of splitter is still almost full scale. (2 floors down - New home I installed the RG6)
Have tried a 20db amp - still the same.

Around 4 pm yesterday, everything started working fine, currently operating even without the 20db amp.
I wondered if I am witnessing Sky playing with their channels??

20,28,42 are all on a mux that has both H and Vpol transmissions on 12519 (the only mux on both pols), so if your Skew is out then they will pixelate, so check that, if this is the problem then Sky News(90) and 63 would demonstrate similar issues . 19 is MaoriTV which is off the 12483 FreeView mux not one of Skys.
