the guy selling this stb is also selling a lot of stuff at the same prices as "http://www.satnet.net.nz " are selling.
this stb does not apaear on their pruduct list, there is a question though, why would a machine designed for nz have mpeg2 functions. ?

All DTT STBs sold in NZ and suitable for the NZ DTT service support mpeg2, they just dont mention it. It actually is required to under the definition of "an IRDs baseline performence" if it carries the DVB logo, regardless of what FreeViewNZ does.

it needs mpeg2 to play Nat Rad and Concert FM

I have an Aussie Mpeg2 box and it works on Nat Rad and Concert Fm , but that is all obviously !!
