I was able to test a COMBO receiver with DVB S ( satellite ) and DVB T

I was able to Scan the TVNZ TVWORKS and Kordia mux easily from out local Wharite transmitters .

The channels all loaded into memory the same as with the Topfield stb I tried earlier in the year .

Now this is an Mpeg 2 Box

results were .

Sound on some channels
EPG was working
Teletext working
subtitles were working on TV 1

but as expected there was no video present just a black screen

The radio stations aren't currently transmitting, and when they do it will also be HE-AAC, so probably won't work

Got a box on its way from the mainland.
Fully Compliant with our DTT specification...yes, AAC Audio aswell.
Landed in NZ for just on $90 US.
1080 Upscaling etc included, HDMi output..
Has PVR options too

Will post my findings on arrival.
