A few problems with your table formatting.

The information can also be found here - http://www.rsm.govt.nz/cms/policy-and-planning/current-projects/broadcasting/digital-television-2007-frequency-plan

They also added this http://www.rsm.govt.nz/cms/policy-and-planning/reception-problems/digital-terrestrial-television-dtt.

Someone on here said there UHF mics were having problems, and looks like it is tough luck now.

There was a long standing arrangement for wireless mics that are outside the allocation in the current GURL for Wireless Mics but I believe that arrangement expires in 2010 anyway . But as they are a no licence service
they must accept harmful interference .
Just like If I decide to use my full 400 watts transmit power on the 433.920 wireless keyring car alarm frequency its tough luck for the key ring remotes !!:D:D:D:D:D

Ahh yes that radio mic issue really has us stumped, In short no one was told the plan and RSM assumed that we could just get out of the way. Not always the case I'm afriad. You have to have some expesive kit to be that agile.
This is what I wrote when I first found out what was going on.

I have a really nicly coloured spread sheet of the frequency plan but I can't seem to find a way of uplaoding it and I can't paste it either. *Unless I zip it! See reply below*

Now that i look closely I see Kiwi Steves one is probably later than mine.
The trick will be to find the holes that we can poke our mics into and not be blasted by 50dB of digital noise.
Our corperate clients are not very forgiving of that sort of thing.

UHF Tv was not used in NZ for many years after the intoduction of TV so there would have been a lot of empty Spectrum . TV Sets such as the old Philips k9 had the socket on the tuner / IF panel for a UHF tuner but was left out during production . I remember when the old air traffic radars were on freq of around ch38 . These have since closed and gone to newer gear at 1200 Mhz region . So its only a matter of time before every UHF channel will be used any any OTHER user forced out due to interference or regulations

Does not leave much room for VCR / STBs Modulator outputs either !

This Zip may contain a few gems. I hope it works.
