How to set it up

Hello,
I moved to a new house any try to set up my freeview again.
It is a Strong SAT 3650, which is conected to the dish on the roof. I get about 70% signal . Cant see any chanels or radio. Can anyone help me please. The freeview box was not set up for about a year and a half.

Did the dish come with the house? If so, the LNB may be shot. Last time I set up freeview, I had the same problem, turned out that the LNB was an old cal amp brand one, from '98. $20 and 10 mins later, problem solved.

look at the lnb on the dish arm, if it has an oval window the lnb setting will be 10750, if round window freq is 11300,enter the right no in the lnb or antenna setup page along with 22khz or tone OFF, then scan 12483,horizontal,s/r 22500, then 12456 horizontal 22500,and you may get 12647 vertical s/r 12600, if all works then channel edit page to move the channels into the right order.
