it's still there, albeit a bit weak. Probably because of the rubbish weather here right now.

Try tuning it with a slightly higher or lower frequency.
I've seen some boxes lock better closer to 12650 MHz

with my 90cm, I've found when it starts getting a bit rainy, the signal will break up. Probably as i'm running a triple LNB on the dish.

Depending on what type of holder you've got, the skew is probably not spot on for the verticle signal. If it's just a fixed flat plate type that is angled to pick up the 3 sats' then the skew will never be spot on for all three. The ideal holder is one that you can skew all 3 lnb's individually.
