Just did a full transponder scan of Optus D1, found this:

12679 V 7200

Appears to be a raw feed of 7 News, can hear the directors and all.
Loads as BCS Slot 6

Very common to see them there at most times throughout the day

this is an uplink used by Seven for all sorts of things, you'll often find it's showing news about 9pm NZT.

often use 12670, 12680v ,7200 timing feeds for brisbane 6pm news
