The only analogue TV services currently operating from the Sky Tower are:-
VHF ch 1 - C4
VHF ch 5 - TV3

I can confirm the first one (C4) as I receive a very snowy version of C4 on my VHF antenna pointed at Waiatarua!

No UHF TV services currently, so DTT will be the first UHF TV service to operate from the Sky Tower.
