Fox News in 4x3 letterbox

I see when I was surfing this morning that Fox News is now in 4x3 letterbox which I assume means that they are transmitting in HD in the US.. Wonder if sky will now switch this channel to 16x9 or will it stay like Discovery, History etc and remain in letterbox format ..

I understand Foxtel are now showing it in proper 16:9.

It certainly isn't here though:

maybe they don't have the transponder/equipment to do it here yet :confused:
