mentalindustries EPG errors?

Any one else getting mistakes in the epg from mentalindustries?
Some shows are named the episode name instead of the show title
& Some shows are labled with the season number and some with " 1" tagged on?
ie "Outrageous Fortune 5 1" , "300 1"

They mush be using the EIT data provided by freeview on their satellite service. These names are present in the original data feed.

I also notice TV3 + 1 is also coded stating HD and DD in some instances
on DTT EPG
