Rename DVB-S General Reception discussion to DVB-S General discussion make 2 subfolders

"Freeview Satellite Service" and "Free to Air Satellite"


Delete DVB-S Satellite Reception
Delete old Free to Air Satellite Section

Digital TV Programming I think could get the chop as well? it can always come back later?

As you can see some cropping of overlap groups and renaming of sections and general moving around has been done.

Along with subtext being added to better define the usage of certain sections.

It's still quite workable, no problems I can see.

As someone who thought it needed changing, I'd have to say it is a lot cleaner and easier now (IMHO of course)
